Russia Putin Leningrad Symphony Anniversary

Russian President Vladimir Putin addresses participants and guests of a concert marking the 80th anniversary of the premiere of the Dmitri Shostakovich' Seventh Symphony, also called the "Leningrad", on the spit of Vasilievsky Island in St. Petersburg, via a video conference call at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia.
