Russian Northern Fleet Ground and Coastal Troops tactical drills

A Finnish candle fire started during the tactical drills of the Russian Northern Fleet Ground and Coastal Troops. The officers practiced combat action in Arctic conditions at the Shary training ground in the Pechengy District of the Murmansk Region.
