The former Ferapontov Belozersky Monastery of the Nativity of the Virgin. In the monastery's Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin, 1490, murals by famous Moscow artist and icon painter Dionisius have been preserved intact. Dionisius painted the frescoes with his sons in August-September 1502.
