Russia Terrorist Attack Victims Memorial Concert

People attend a minute of silence during a concert of Russian rock band Piknik dedicated to the victims of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall that took place last week just before the start of the band's performance, at the Oktyabrsky Great Concert Hall in St. Petersburg, Russia. A shooting occurred on the evening of March 22 at the music hall in the city of Krasnogorsk, outside Moscow, followed by a massive fire. Russian authorities said that at least 140 people were killed in the attack.
