Former construction worker and now pensioner Aleksei Kirov from the town of Artyom, Primorye Territory, on the roof of the "palace" which he has been building together with his wife, Valentina, from 1995 at their estate. Pieces of ceramic tiles, bricks, wire and fittings serve as building materials. Fifteen cats and three dogs live in the "palace" with the couple.
