A pontoon loaded with a panel of the main span of a bridge to Russky Island moves to the site of elevation. The panel will be lifted to the altitude of 70 meters not from land as usual but from water. World's largest cable-stayed bridge between the mainland and the island is being erected in Vladivostok as part of the preparation for the APEC summit 2012.
