Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova and Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets are seen in a bus with Ukrainian prisoners-of-war during an exchange between Russia and Ukraine at the Novaya Guta checkpoint in Gomel Region, Belarus. Russia and Ukraine on October 23 complete a swap of 270 prisoners of war each. A humanitarian action to reunite Russian and Ukrainian families also takes place, a total of seven people return to Russia, including a married couple, and six families travel to Ukraine.
