Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov and First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs Nikolai Kolomeitsev arrive to attend a meeting between members of the Communist Party (KPRF) faction and candidates for the posts of deputy prime ministers and transport minister at the State Duma, the lower house of parliament, in Moscow, Russia. On October 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin has backed a government reshuffle proposed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Siluanov will serve as deputy prime minister in addition to remaining finance minister.
