Russian Communist Party (KPRF) Leader Gennady Zyuganov and First Deputy Chairman of the KPRF Central Committee Yury Afonin take part in the "Reds in the City" event, where the party's candidates for the upcoming parliamentary election are presented to voters in Moscow, Russia. Russians will vote in State Duma, the lower house of parliament, and municipal elections over three days, from September 18-20.
