Russian President Vladimir Putin and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin take part in the opening ceremony of new facilities for Moscow's sports, cultural and transport infrastructure, via videoconference, in Moscow, Russia. Streltsov Sports Complex, also known as the Torpedo Stadium, Serp i Molot station, the first part of the Moscow city railway station, a new outdoor area of the Dream Island amusement park and the first section of the Moscow Metro Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line will be opened on September 5.
