The procession marks the events of summer of 1775, when Empress Catherine the Great bought the Chernaya Gryaz estate, she renamed it Tsaritsyno later, from the Kantemir princes, and the summer of 1787, when the empress and her grandchildren visited the residence on the 25th anniversary of her reign.
