Amateur gardener Maria Priimak measures the circumference of a "Bifshteks Albi" tomato weighing more than 3 kg that is vying for a Russian record at her summer cottage in the Maly Talnakh gardening cooperative in Krasnoyarsk region, Russia. Alongside growing conventional vegetables, Priimak has recently been experimenting with giant varieties of tomatoes, onions, watermelons, beetroot and pumpkins. A 426-kg pumpkin she grew won a prize at a nationwide giant vegetable competition in Moscow in 2025.
