Museum staff prepare Over the Town (1918) by Marc Chagall for transport to Belarus at the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, Russia. One of the artist's best-known works will go on display in Belarus for the first time at the Vitebsk Art Museum from July 16 for a two-month exhibition.
