Evacuated Pugachevo villager has been allowed to visit his home for some five-ten minutes in order to take away his documents and feed the domestic animals and poultry. It was close to the Pugachevo village that one of the 102nd arsenal's military depots, Central Military District, went on fire and detonated the on-site shells.
