Children are greeted by their relatives upon arrival at the town of Rechytsa, Golmel region, Belarus. On June 17, Egor Kovalchuk, acting governor of Russia's Bryansk Region, said that Ukraine attacked a bus carrying a youth football team from the Belarusian city of Gomel near Bryansk. A total of 44 passengers were on the bus, including 28 child athletes. The team was traveling to Gelendzhik for vacations. A woman accompanying the team died, she was the wife of one of the coaches. According to Belarus' Health Ministry, eight people, six of them children, were injured.
