Russian President Vladimir Putin presents the 2025 State Prize in science and technology to Igor Kovshov, chief designer of a scientific and technical division at the Titan-Barrikady Federal Research and Production Centre, during a ceremony to present state awards for achievements in science and technology, literature and the arts, and humanitarian activity, as well as Hero of Labour gold medals, at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia.
