LPR human rights commissioner Anna Soroka meets with members of a delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) at the Republican Clinical Hospital treating people injured in a Ukrainian strike on a college in Starobelsk, in Lugansk, the Lugansk People"s Republic, Russia. On May 22, Ukrainian forces attacked an academic building and a dormitory of the Starobelsk Professional College of Lugansk State Pedagogical University. Twenty-one people were killed and over 40 others wounded.
