Members of the regional Red Cross Society in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) visit the site of a Ukrainian strike on a college in Starobelsk, the Lugansk People"s Republic, Russia. On May 22, Ukrainian forces attacked an academic building and a dormitory of the Starobelsk Professional College of Lugansk State Pedagogical University. Twenty-one people were killed and over 40 others wounded.
