Emergency personnel work at the site of a dormitory at the Starobelsk Professional College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University that was struck in a reported Ukrainian drone attack in the course of Russia's military operation in Ukraine, in Starobelsk, the Lugansk People's Republic, Russia. At least 39 people were injured and four were killed in an attack by Ukrainian forces on a college in the Lugansk People’s Republic in the early hours of May 22.
