Russian President Vladimir Putin shakes hands with deputy of the People's Assembly of Dagestan Musafendi Velimuradov following a meeting with representatives of the Republic of Dagestan to discuss the election of the future head of the republic at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia. Putin said on April 30 that head of Russia's Dagestan Republic Sergey Melikov was moving to another post.
