Russian President Vladimir Putin holds a meeting with representatives of the Republic of Dagestan to discuss the election of the future head of the republic, as member of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy Khizri Abakarov and Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education Nurbagand Nurbagandov sit nearby, at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia. Putin said on April 30 that head of Russia's Dagestan Republic Sergey Melikov was moving to another post.
