Emergency services vehicles are seen at the site of an explosion occurred in a residential building in Sevastopol, Republic of Crimea, Russia. Two people were killed and four others were injured in the incident, with the cause under investigation, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said on March 24.
