In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), Russian citizen Lyubomir Korba, suspected of attempting to assassinate Lt. Gen. Vladimir Alexeyev, disembarks from a plane escorted by FSB officers after arriving from Dubai, at an unknown location, Russia. With the assistance of partners from the United Arab Emirates, Korba was detained in Dubai and handed over to Russia, the FSB said in a statement on February 8.
