In this handout video grab released by the Russian Investigative Committee, Pyotr Zhilkin, suspected of kidnapping and killing nine-year-old Pasha Tifitulin, is escorted by law enforcement officers after his detention at the criminal investigation department in St. Petersburg, Russia. Zhilkin confessed to the killing of the boy, who went missing in St. Petersburg on January 30, investigators said. After the suspect's interrogation, the victim's body was found on February 3 in a water near the village of Yalgelevo in Leningrad region.
