Emergency services personnel work at the site where the body of nine-year-old Pasha Tifitulin, who went missing in St. Petersburg on January 30, was found near the village of Yalgelevo, Leningrad Region, Russia. Pyotr Zhilkin, 38, suspected of kidnapping and killing the child, was detained and later confessed, investigators said.
