Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia conducts a service marking the 17th anniversary of his enthronement, at the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, in Moscow, Russia. Metropolitan Kirill was elected Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia by the Local Council of the Russian Orthodox Church on the 27th of January and enthroned on the 1st of February in 2009.
