In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), an FSB officer demonstrates Euro banknotes seized during the arrest of defence industry design engineer Mikhail Vzvodnov, suspected of treason in the form of espionage for Sweden, at an unknown location, Russia. A Russian appeals court has upheld a 13-year prison sentence handed to Vzvodnov who reportedly passed on information about the locations of defence industry facilities, air defence systems and Russian military personnel in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don, the FSB said in a statement on January 19.
