In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), former senator from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic at the Russian Federation Council, Rauf Arashukov, serving a life sentence for organizing two contract killings and participating in organized crime, is seen at the Black Dolphin high-security prison in Orenburg region, Russia. On January 13, the Leninsky District Court in Orenburg has found Arashukov guilty of bribing a penitentiary officer in exchange for privileged conditions in the penitentiary and sentenced him to ten years' imprisonment.
