The "Model of the Monument to the Third International", a scale model of a never-built 400-meter-tall tower, designed by Tatlin between 1919 and 1920 for the headquarters of the Third International communist organization, is on display during a press preview of the exhibition titled "Tatlin. Construction of the World", dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Soviet painter and architect Vladimir Tatlin, at the Zotov Centre in Moscow, Russia.
