Soviet scientist Yury Yefremov, an expert on physical geography, poet, member of the Union of RSFSR Writers, an honorary member of the Geographical Soviet of the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the All-Russian Nature Conservation Society and a co-founder of the Farming Museum at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
