Matvey Tokarev and Nikolai Pocherniaev compete in the men's madison track cycling event in Omsk, Russia. From November 10 to 14, Omsk will host the Russian Championships, the Russian Junior Championships, the Russian Cup and the All-Russian Track Cycling Competitions.
