In this handout video grab released by the Russian Defence Ministry, a view shows the Khabarovsk nuclear submarine during its launching ceremony at the shipbuilding enterprise Production Association Sevmash in the port city of Severodvinsk, Russia. This submarine was specifically designed and built by Rubin Central Design Bureau of Marine Engineering to carry Poseidon unmanned underwater vehicle with a nuclear power installation.
