A sign at the Angara Airlines office is pictured in Irkutsk, Russia. The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) will revoke Angara Airlines' air operator certificate for commercial flights starting from November 5. The decision was made to ensure flight safety, based on an unscheduled inspection report by the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport, following the Angara Airlines' An-24 passenger aircraft, en route from Blagoveshchensk to Tynda, crashed on July 24 while approaching its destination airport.
