The Rabochaya Smena National Labor Camp (now the Smena Federal Children's Center) is located in Anapa, Krasnodar Territory. The camp includes the year-round Golubaya Dolina (Blue Valley) Camp and the summer Priboy Camp. Camp participants also worked on the construction and expansion of the camp's infrastructure. Young people from the Rabochaya Smena camp complex work in the vineyard of the Kavkaz state farm in the Anapa District.
