The Rabochaya Smena National Labor Camp (now the Smena Federal Children's Center) is located in Anapa, Krasnodar Territory. The camp includes the Golubaya Dolina year-round camp and the Priboy summer camp. Shift participants also worked on the construction and expansion of the camp's infrastructure. Young people from the Rabochaya Smena camp complex are working on the construction of a processing plant at the Kavkaz state farm in the Anapa district.
