In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), FSB officers detain a suspect while a terrorist attack against a high-ranking Defence Ministry officer was prevented in Moscow, Russia. Three Russian citizens and a native of Central Asia connected to the plot which was allegedly planned by Ukrainian intelligence agencies in conjunction with ISIS (terrorist group, banned in Russia) have been detained, the FSB said in a statement on October 13.
