In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), a bicycle with an improvised explosive device attached on it is destroyed by law enforcement officers while a terrorist attack against a high-ranking Defence Ministry officer was prevented in Moscow, Russia. Four suspects connected to the plot which was allegedly planned by Ukrainian intelligence agencies in conjunction with ISIS (terrorist group, banned in Russia) have been detained, including a native of a Central Asia, the FSB said in a statement on October 13.
