In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), a demining robot is deployed at the site where an improvised explosive device attached on a bicycle was found while a terrorist attack against a high-ranking Defence Ministry officer was prevented in Moscow, Russia. Four suspects, including a native of a Central Asia, connected to the plot which was allegedly planned by Ukrainian intelligence agencies in conjunction with ISIS (terrorist group, banned in Russia) have been detained, the FSB said in a statement on October 13.
