

A Saudia's steward attends a welcome ceremony outside their Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner for the inaugural flight from Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport, operated by Saudia, marking the first regular air link between the two capitals, upon arrival at the Sheremetyevo International Airport outside Moscow, Russia. Saudi Arabia's national flag carrier Saudia launched direct flights between Riyadh and Moscow on October 10. New regular flights from Saudi Arabia to Sochi, St. Petersburg and Makhachkala are expected to open in 2026.
