Cars of the Russian Investigative Committee are seen outside the Armenian consulate where Boris Avakyan, ex-deputy head of the Rosreestr department in the Leningrad region, was found dead the day after he fled the Kronstadt court building in St. Petersburg, Russia. According to preliminary data, Avakyan, who is one of the defendants in the case of evading customs duties worth more than 4.2 billion rubles, committed suicide.
