In this handout video grab released by the Russian Defence Ministry, Russian prisoners of war released from Ukrainian captivity board a bus, amid Russia's military operation in Ukraine, in the exchange area on the border with Ukraine in Belarus. On August 14, as a result of negotiations mediated by the United Arab Emirates, 84 Russian servicemen were returned. In exchange, Moscow returned 84 Ukrainian POWs.
