In this handout video grab released by the Russian Defence Ministry, an aerial view shows the settlement of Iskra (Andriivka-Klevtsove), amid Russia's military operation in Ukraine, in Donetsk People's Republic, Russia. The settlement of Shcherbinovka (also known as Shcherbynivka) was taken under control as a result of decisive actions of the Yug (South) group of forces, the Russian Defence Ministry said on August 14. At the same time, Russia's Vostok (East) group of forces took control of the settlement of Iskra (Andriivka-Klevtsove).
