The armored car called "Enemy of Capital" is a revolutionary monument near the building of the Leningrad branch of the Lenin Central Museum (closed down in 1992), located in the Marble Palace on Khalturin Street. From this armored car, Vladimir Lenin spoke in April 1917 near the Finland Station.
