Russian Military Historical Society Deputy Chairman Nikolai Ovsienko visits a foundry workshop, where a monument dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Kuril Islands landing operation is under creation, in Moscow. The monument will be transported by a special flight, and then by water to the installation site - Shumshu Island in the Sakhalin Region.
