

Russian Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Minister Maksut Shadayev attends a session of the State Duma, the lower house of parliament, in Moscow, Russia. Russian lawmakers on July 22 approved a bill that impose fines of up to 5,000 rubles (64 U.S. dollars) for searching for extremist materials on the internet and gaining access to them, distributing VPN advertisement, illegally transferring a subscriber number and login data to another person.
