Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Control Oleg Morozov and Russian Transport Minister Andrey Nikitin make a statement following a plenary session of the State Duma, the lower house of parliament, in Moscow, Russia. On June 8, lawmakers approved Nikitin for the post of the Minister of Transport after Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed him as acting transport minister replacing Roman Starovoit who was dismissed.
