People take part in a rally to support Russian-Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan, who has been arrested on June 18 for two months on charges of making public calls to seize power in Armenia, in central Yerevan, Armenia. The Armenian Criminal Court of Appeal ruled on to keep Karapetyan in pretrial detention for two months. Karapetyan has been supportive of the Armenian Apostolic Church amid tensions between the Church and the Armenian government.
