The work to construct the 9th residential district in Novye Cheryomushki, a pilot project of the neighborhood built in 1956-1959 in Moscow's Cheryomushki District. The pilot construction area features green buffers of lawns, playgrounds, flower beds, pergolas, gazebos and splash pools in the spaces between residential buildings and sidewalks.
