

A view shows the pushboat OT-2439 that ran aground and broke apart in shallow water spilling around 30 metric tons of diesel fuel into the Yenisei River, in Kazachinsky district of Krasnoyarsk region, Russia. Investigators said the ship towing two barges struck an underwater obstacle, causing them to detach and pierce the hull of the vessel, which began leaking fuel on June 8.
