Residents take part in a rally demanding the release of the detained head of the region Yevgenia Gutsul at the Central Square, in the city of Comrat, capital of the Moldovan autonomous region of Gagauzia, Moldova. On March 25, the Moldovan National Anticorruption Center said that the Moldovan autonomous region of Gagauzia Head Yevgenia Gutsul had been detained within the investigation of a criminal case on illegal financing of the election campaign in 2023.
